Desafios de estudar para o Vestibular em tempos de pandemia

O EAD tem sido o único recurso para os vestibulandos durante a quarentena
O ano de 2020 trouxe um contratempo para os estudantes que se preparam para prestar vestibular. Devido à necessidade de isolamento social, as escolas suspenderam as aulas presenciais e desde então, têm se adaptado às formas de ensino a distância para reduzir ao máximo as perdas de rendimento e queda de aprendizado.
Para muitos jovens, o período que antecede o vestibular causa muita ansiedade e preocupação e agora, com o coronavírus e o fechamento das unidades de ensino, estes sentimentos estão ainda mais fortes. Muitas plataformas e sistemas foram aprimoradas nesse período, para atender aos diversos tipos de necessidade apresentadas pelos alunos, mas não há como negar que estudar a distância necessita, acima de tudo, de disciplina e organização.
E isso nem sempre é tão fácil, pois em casa, precisamos seguir os mesmos cronogramas e horários: Assistir aula, tirar dúvidas, fazer exercícios e estudar. É importante para os estudantes obedecer a rotina, manter as metas de estudo, seguindo o planejamento anual da escola. As aulas ministradas em plataformas on-line, serão as formas mais eficientes se organizar intervalos semelhantes aos da escola entre as aulas. Manter os estudos em dia e a boa utilização das ferramentas, como chats e fóruns, serão as fontes de contato direto com os professores, para a solução de dúvidas.
Ter um ambiente adequado para assistir as aulas e estudar também é um desafio para os estudantes. É fundamental para um bom aprendizado que o local para os estudos seja calmo e confortável. Então, é bom seguir algumas dicas, como deixar todos os materiais necessários organizados, não deixar nada tirar a atenção nesse momento, como o som do celular ou TV e sempre utilizar fone de ouvido para ouvir as aulas.
Tentar manter em casa o estudo durante o mesmo horário em que estaria na escola é mais uma indicação, além de conhecer em qual intervalo do dia que o rendimento para o estudo é melhor – o que varia conforme cada pessoa. Se o foco e o desempenho são melhores à noite ou pela manhã, é bom que o estudante respeite seu próprio ritmo.
Existem muitas maneiras de você manter os estudos em dia além das aulas a distância: lives, cursos online, muita leitura e até as redes sociais, que se tornaram grandes aliadas nesse momento de quarentena. A questão é que mesmo que tenha todas essas ferramentas ao seu alcance, se você não estabelecer uma rotina eficiente e compatível com as suas limitações, a desmotivação pode tomar espaço, a preguiça pode aparecer e procrastinação irá ditar seu ritmo de estudos.
Para dar uma força nos seus estudos, vamos dar mais algumas dicas para criar um bom cronograma e se preparar para o vestibular:
• Saiba priorizar as matérias
Durante a criação do cronograma, vale separar as matérias por dia. Comece pelas quais tem mais facilidade e organize-as para que elas sejam intercaladas com uma de maior dificuldade.
• Leia as obras literárias
Por estar mais tempo em casa, aproveite para ler os livros exigidos nos vestibulares de fim de ano. Também é interessante fazer resumos, resenhas e mapas mentais.
• Horários
Analise quais são os melhores horários para estudar. Isso varia de acordo com a preferência de cada um, mas é importante, por exemplo, optar por períodos mais silenciosos e tranquilos.
• Seleção dos conteúdos
A prova do Enem é compostas por redação e perguntas objetivas divididas em quatro áreas. É importante analisar com atenção os conteúdos mais recorrentes do Enem e observar os principais pontos de cada assunto. Isso pode ajudar a não levar muito tempo em apenas um conteúdo.
• Descanse
Não basta fazer intervalos durante o estudo se dormir pouco. Para se recuperar, procure dormir entre 6 e 8 horas por noite.
